Bad three highs control? Your daily routine is probably wrong!

6-7 AM:

  • Wake up slowly, don’t jump up
  • Drink warm water to thin blood
  • Check BP, write it down

8 AM – 12 PM:

  • Eat breakfast on time
  • Shop for veggies, go for dark greens
  • Take a walk, don’t stay home

12-2 PM:

  • Lunch: 70% full
  • Nap 15 minutes
  • No intense exercise right after

3-6 PM:

  • Snack: nuts or fruit instead
  • Pick up grandkids, don’t overdo it
  • Cook dinner, keep it light

7-10 PM:

  • Walk 30 minutes after dinner
  • Watch TV, but don’t stay up late
  • Sleep by 10 PM

Remember:

Three highs didn’t happen overnight. Won’t fix overnight either. Slow and steady.
